Additionally, the reggae group Antidoping is closing its world tour, and the world's number one Latin blues artist, José Ramírez, is performing across the country.

The Philharmonic of the Arts and DunkelArts present «Disco Fever Sinfónico», a musical event offering a fresh take on holiday music. The orchestral format gives greater power to this danceable music. The Philharmonic of the Arts, under the direction of Maestra Odette Waller, famous for her ability to infuse traditional repertoires with contemporary life, will present this unique show. In collaboration with the Company of Theater of the Arts and the Company of Dance of the Arts, vocalists and dancers will add vocal and choreographic touches. The concert will also feature young and talented vocalists: Jacser, Juan Pablo Ruiz, Marisol Meneses, Brenda Santabalbina, Prudence, Alejandro González, and special guest Omar Olvera. They will bring new life to the hits of an era, turning them into an unforgettable multisensory show and a symphonic party. The show will take place on December 27 at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and on December 28 at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM in the Silvestre Revueltas Hall of the Ollin Yoliztli Cultural Center. Tickets are available at the forum box office located at Insurgentes Sur 453, Hipódromo neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc Borough, CDMX, or through the Ticketmaster system, as well as at filarmonicadelasartes.com and boletopolis.com.

«The Corner of Blues and Other Music»

José Ramírez, the number one Latin blues artist in the world, is returning to Mexico for a second time this year to bring an excellent dose of blues to lovers of the genre. In 2020, he won second place at the International Blues Challenge in the United States, and in 2024, he released his third album, «Bad Hombre Live», along with his biopic, «Bad Hombre», which narrates his biography from his beginnings to his recognition as the best Latin blues artist. For this return to Mexican lands, he has a very full schedule. On Friday, February 6, he will return to the Zinco Jazz Club; on February 20, he will be in Jazzland, Puebla, and on February 28, at the Bar Hobos. In this show, he will be accompanied by special guests, the members of the Italian band Train to Roots, who are also touring Mexico. His tour kicked off on Thursday, December 18, at Parker & Lenox with the «BB King Songbook» show and continues at the same venue on Friday, December 19, with a showcase of his Latin, soul, rhythm & blues, and, of course, a good portion of blues influences.
